You are invited to visit Homestead Furniture on Saturday, May 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to view one of our most challenging, yet satisfying projects we have ever completed.
Our craftsmen completely restored the wooden section of a 1941 Buick station wagon, commonly referred to as a Woody. The car is owned by one of our furniture customers. He knew the care and quality we took in building his furniture. Almost off-handedly, he asked if we could restore his antique car.
Of course, we said yes. The wooden project took nine months, and now the car has been completely restored. In fact, it has won first place at some prestigious car shows.
Come see this amazing automobile for yourself. We would enjoy sharing it with you. And you are welcome to browse the store’s showroom, including our new Design Gallery featuring Norwalk® upholstered and leather furniture.
Homestead Furniture is located on State Route 241 just north of Mt. Hope, Ohio, in the heart of Ohio’s Amish country. We look forward to seeing you on Woody Day. 866-674-4902.
